Take the mental health screener
If you are between the ages of 12-30 years old and are noticing changes in your mental health, the mental health screener* may be able to help you assess whether you are a fit for either the Path Program or any of our current research opportunities. The screener asks a few confidential questions about your mental health, and you can choose to remain anonymous if you wish.
Take the screener if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms of mental health changes, including:
- Feeling fearful or suspicious
- Having confusion about what is real or what is not
- Hearing or seeing things that others do not
- Having trouble communicating clearly.
*The mental health screener is adapted from Loewy, RL & Cannon, TD. (2010). The Prodromal Questionnaire, Brief Version (PQ-B). University of California.
